Natural Bioenergetics helped me overcome anxiety, panic attacks, and physical health challenges after leaving my ancestors’ religious path and choosing my authentic self.
Later, it restored my confidence and gave me hope during an identity crisis after moving to a different country.
It enabled me to create a joyful life here in London, and my experience motivated me to become a practitioner.
Now, I’m passionate about helping others heal, break free from limitations, embrace their true selves, and create a fulfilling life.

Education & Background
My journey toward self-knowledge and self-acceptance began in 2012, when I was first introduced to muscle testing.
I’ve always believed that the more we understand ourselves, the more compassion and clarity we can bring to our understanding of others.
This personal path led me to begin formally studying Natural Bioenergetics in 2018. I became a licensed practitioner in January 2025 and continue to deepen my knowledge and training in this field.
In addition to my work in Natural Bioenergetics, I’m also a qualified and currently practising Dispensing Optician.
